Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges at Vipark
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
3. How to Return:

Step 2: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 4:Β Once we receive the item, we will process your return or exchange within 7 days.
4. Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement product after the returned item is received.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@thevipark.com with a description of the issue and photos of the product.
We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
